Store Terms & Conditions
We dispatch our orders as quickly as possible and endeavour to package them securely for transport. For items that require processing, there may be a small delay around peak seasonal times.
All orders are sent out by Australia Post or a courier of our choice. All meat products will be packaged appropriately for long-distance transport. We will send a confirmation email once your order has been shipped along with a tracking number where applicable. Please leave special instructions with your order where possible and consider that you will need to be available to accept your delivery. Mirrabooka Pork cannot be held responsible for damage to items that occur because they were left in the custody of our delivery partners.
Please note that our prices are inclusive of GST, however any other duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Where we are unable to fulfill your order, we will issue you a refund within 30 days of your order to the method of payment used to place the order. Please note that because many of our items require processing, once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled. In the case of a mistaken order, please contact us as soon as possible as the sooner you get in touch, the more likely we’ll be able to help you.
Mirrabooka Pork cannot offer a refund for change of mind on purchases and can only issue a partial or whole refund if an order arrives incomplete or damaged in the case of a timely delivery. We cannot offer a refund for damaged orders if our delivery partner indicates that your order was left with them for a period of time after they have attempted to deliver.
When ordering, we collect information about you including your email address and phone number. Mirrabooka Pork will only use this information for the purposes of fulfilling and contacting you about your order, and will only contact you with marketing with your express consent. Mirrabooka Pork does make an effort to ensure all information is transmitted and stored securely when browsing mirrabookapork.com.au, we can make no guarantee or warranty on information that we store.
We use a number of third party services to help fulfill your order, and while they typically only gather user information as needed to allow them to perform the services they provide, some or all of them may be bound by their own user agreements, and we recommend you view their terms & conditions as you encounter them to understand how your information will be handled by these services.
