This traditional smoked chorizo is made from pork, smoked paprika, and chilli. Perfect for your salads or home-made pizza! Or simply sliced pan-fried or barbecued for 2 minutes each side and have as a perfect snack with a cold drink! This sausage should be cooked before eating. Each pack weighs approximately 300gm.
